A once off online session to assist you in preparing for your upcoming birth or postpartum. Supportive for women birthing in any setting. From a booked cesarean and how best to support your recovery, to needing a second opinion, individualised guidance when navigating the medical system, or a trusted and open sounding board when walking the sovereign path of freebirth. An opportunity to debrief or understand your birth experience. Whatever you may need trusted guidance and support for, I am here to listen.
